Curieux (cue-ri-oh) is UC’s student magazine – it’s a platform to share ideas, opinions and creative work!
We publish regular, themed editions of our digital magazine, alongside a steady stream of diverse content on our website. To capture the range of perspectives across the student body, Curieux encourages submissions on any topic of interest for our website, in addition to work for themed editions.

We accept submissions on any topic and in nearly any medium.

We also host the Curieux Collective fortnightly on Thursday from 3:00pm - 5:00pm.

We accept submissions in a variety of mediums – prose fiction, poetry, articles, reviews, visual art, photography, films, original music, infographics – almost anything!
We gladly accept assignments, however, please talk to us beforehand so we can manage any potential publication conflicts.

Do you love to be creative with words and visuals? Are you looking for opportunities to socialise and collaborate with other writers and creatives? Well, look no further than the Curieux Collective!
The group is a chance to enjoy creative activities with like-minded people. We aim to promote a relaxed environment where we can encourage and inspire each other creatively.
The collective meets every fortnight in room 1C75 (upstairs in the refectory, opposite the Clive Price Suite), on Thursdays from 3-5pm.
